HR and Office Manager

Office Management Responsibilities
Manage facilities and vendor relationships to ensure office is running smoothly
Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
Maintain office supplies and keeping stock supplied.
Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
Assist in making travel arrangements, book accommodation and process invoices and expenses
Schedule meetings and appointments
Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
Provide overall administrative support to ensure effective and efficient office operations

Human Resources Responsibilities
Lead the formalization and implementation of HR policies and procedures for the company, including talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation, health and wellness benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, employee relations and retention, among other things
Manage Company payroll and resolve all related issues and problems
Manage Employee 401(K) plan contribution changes, payroll review and contribution uploads, and annual filing completion
Ensure compliance of Companies policies and procedures and maintain/update employee handbook when necessary
Manage onboarding of new hires and terminations including applicable paperwork, orientations, and exit interviews
Manage annual performance review process and any needed performance improvement plans
Assist in resolving employee related issues and problems
Liaison with Headquarters’ HR department on all related documentation/reporting/filing and any other correspondence requests

Job Requirements
Minimum four-year bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position.
Experience developing and administering various human resources plans and procedures
Minimum two plus years of full cycle recruitment experience
Experience managing company benefit/welfare program and 401(K)Plans
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Must be personable, very well-organized, very detailed oriented, reliable and love to work in a collaborative environment.
PHR/SPHR designation preferred
Strong Bi-lingual capability: fluent English and Mandarin REQUIRED
